Communicatie was in deze tijd altijd goed, correct en duidelijk. - Goed advies - Altijd vriendelijk - Prijs/kwaliteit: Kwalitatief Hoog. Ze waren voor mij foutloos. Qua prijs: Net tarief en zijn ze goedkoper dan de grote firma's in dezelfde regio. - Als ze het niet precies weten, geven ze dat ook netjes aan. Geen wollig verhaal of net doen dat je alles weet. Nee.. gewoon eerlijk toegeven. - Prijsindicaties waren bijna altijd accuraat. En wanneer het ging afwijken, nam Oostema direct contact met je op, zodat jij kon beslissen. Een goed voorbeeld: Ik heb ooit een onduidelijk probleem gehad, waarvan vooraf moeilijk was in te schatten hoeveel tijd en geld het zou gaan kosten voordat het probleem verholpen zou zijn. In dit traject had IK de volledige controle. Oostema gaf duidelijk (en gedetailleerd) advies maar liet belangrijke keuzes aan mij. Hierdoor kwam ik niet voor verrassingen te staan en wist Oostema precies hoe ver ze konden gaan in het zoeken en verhelpen van het probleem. Tot slot: Ik wil Oostema hartelijk bedanken voor de goede service in de afgelopen 5 jaar. I have had my boat serviced at Oostema for 5 years. In these 5 years I have only had good experiences. And when it started to deviate, Oostema immediately contacted you, so that you could decide. A good example: I once had an unclear problem, of which it was difficult to estimate in advance how much time and money it would take before the problem was solved. In this process I had complete control. Oostema gave clear (and detailed) advice but left important choices to me. As a result, I was not faced with surprises and Oostema knew exactly how far they could go in finding and solving the problem. Finally: I would like to thank Oostema very much for the good service in the past 5 years.
