★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uitstekend en vooral klantvriendelijk bedrijf. Komen afspraken na. Er was ergens in het traject iets mis gegaan, waardoor zo'n 16 m2 stenen te weinig afgeleverd waren. Kwamen we achter toen we al met onze oprit begonnen waren. Ik had al wel volledig betaald. Sommige bedrijven zijn dan nog wel eens minder snel geneigd direct in actie te komen. Zo staat Poelman er niet in, het is in goed overleg keurig opgelost en het resterende deel vlot nageleverd, zodat wij ons karwei af konden ronden.
Excellent and above all customer friendly company. Keep appointments. Something had gone wrong somewhere along the route, as a result of which about 16 m2 of bricks had been delivered too little. We found out when we had already started our driveway. I had already paid in full. Some companies may be less inclined to take immediate action. That is not how Poelman is in it, it was neatly solved in consultation and the remaining part was delivered quickly, so that we could complete our job.
