Het is geen grote organisatie, maar juist daarom heb je als klant direct contact met de hoofdmonteur. Dit hebben wij als organisatie als erg prettig en oprecht ervaren. g	guido snackers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onlangs contact gehad met Kaj omtrent aankoop / ruil van een BMW 320i F31 (Touring). Zelf had ik een BMW 330i E91 (Touring) ter verkoop / ruil in de aanbieding. Contact met Kaj liep vlot en zoals afgesproken op zaterdag ochtend aanwezig, zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en duidelijke uitleg gehad over betreffende auto, heeft zelfs van te voren de auto even gepoetst zodat eventuele puntjes in de lak goed waren te zien. Met Kaj verder besproken omtrent inruil van eigen auto, ook hierover een akkoord kunnen bereiken, hier werd niet moeilijk over gedaan. Ondanks de afspraak heb ik de aankoop met inruil afgezegd vanwege een diagnose aan de eigen auto. Uiteindelijk besloten dit defect te laten repareren waardoor inruilen niet meer interessant voor mij is en dus besloten de auto zelf voor de komende tijd te behouden. Trotsenburg Automotive raad ik om bovenstaande redenen dan ook ten zeerste aan, helemaal voor wanneer men het prettig vind om persoonlijk contact met zijn / haar monteur te onderhouden in de regio. Voor mij helaas geen optie gezien de afstand. Recently had contact with Kaj regarding the purchase / exchange of a BMW 320i F31 (Touring). Contact with Kaj went smoothly and as agreed on Saturday morning, very friendly welcome and clear explanation about the car in question, even polished the car in advance so that any spots in the paint were clearly visible. Discussed further with Kaj about exchanging your own car, also being able to reach an agreement on this, this was not difficult. Despite the agreement, I canceled the purchase with trade-in due to a diagnosis of my own car. In the end I decided to have this defect repaired, making it no longer interesting for me to trade in and so decided to keep the car for the coming period. I therefore strongly recommend Trotsenburg Automotive for the above reasons, especially when it is nice to maintain personal contact with his / her mechanic in the region. Unfortunately for me not an option given the distance.
