Letztendlich habe ich das S21plus für 570€ beim anderen Händler verkauft...

Buying a mobile phone there, stay away from it, just gamble off.
Samsung s21 plus 256gb (as good as new) were offered for purchase there, I was only offered 170 € because they supposedly get new ones for 280 ....
In the end I sold the S21plus for 570 € at the other dealer ...

Mir wurde gesagt, es sei repariert und es gäbe ein Zahlungsproblem von Seiten der Telefongesellschaft, das am nächsten Tag gelöst werden würde. Aber am dritten Tag gaben sie mir mein Smartphone zurück und sagten, es könne nicht repariert werden. Sie stellen einfach falsche Behauptungen auf. Verschwenden Sie nicht Ihre Zeit, indem Sie zu diesem Laden gehen.
Bad service. The seller sent me back from the store twice. I was told it was fixed and that there was a payment issue with the phone company that would be resolved the next day. But on the third day, they gave me back my smartphone and said it couldn't be repaired. They just make false claims. Don't waste your time by going to this store.
