★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zelfs in deze moeilijke tijd, is het personeel even zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De winkel zit er prachtig uit, zo ontzettend mooi opgezet en met fantastische, aangeklede stellages. Het is echt een feest om hier te winkelen/mogen winkelen. Bedankt Hanos voor deze prachtig winkelbeleving.
 Even in this difficult time, the staff are equally as friendly and helpful. The store is beautiful, so beautifully set up and with fantastic, decorated shelves. It is really a pleasure to shop / be allowed to shop here. Thank you Hanos for this wonderful shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rommelig, naar thuis komen kwamen wij achter dat een product tien dagen over datum was. Gebeld en verteld hadden zelf datum moeten checken. Eigen schuld. !!!!!!!!
Messy, when we got home we found out that a product was ten days past its expiration date. Called and told should have checked date themselves. Own fault. !!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We vinden het gênant om ongewild in het restaurant getuige te moeten zijn van een sollicitatie gesprek vorige week en een gesprek met een personeelslid waarbij de chef met zijn handen in zijn zakken het personeelslid ergens van probeerde te overtuigen waarop zij huilend het restaurant verliet.
Een spreekkamer zou hier op zijn plaats zijn.
We find it embarrassing to unwittingly witness a job interview last week and a conversation with a staff member in the restaurant where the chef tried to convince the staff member with his hands in his pockets, after which she left the restaurant crying.
A consulting room would be in order here.

Bij thuiskomst hersteld en nu schijnt hij weer prachtig. De winkel zelf is prachtig ruim en netjes. Personeel allen even aardig!!
Brought Santa with a big discount today because the lighting was loose.
Restored upon return and now it shines beautifully again. The store itself is beautifully spacious and tidy. Staff all equally nice!!
