Ik heb al jaren bij Hans Anders brillen besteld en mijn ervaring is altijd positief geweest of ik een bril met een specifieke actie koop of voor het volledig prijs het wordt altijd zorgvuldig en op een deskundig manier gemaakt en vooral de vriendelijke behandeling van de winkels personeel is meest opvallend het is een aanrader??

Hele slechte service. In de winkel onwijs lang moeten wachten, mensen liepen zelfs weg. Uiteindelijk lenzen besteld maar nooit gekregen, zelf maar naar de winkel gebeld. Werd er niet opgenomen pas na 10 keer bellen. Niks meer van ze gehoord, weer terug gebeld en kreeg ik het antwoord ja we hebben het druk en ja is vervelend. Nooit meer Hans Anders Rembrandtweg in Amstelveen voor mij!
Very bad service. Having to wait a long time in the store, people even walked away. Eventually ordered lenses but never received them, but called to the store. Was not included until after 10 calls. Online "vrijblijvende" afspraak gemaakt voor een oogmeting. In de winkel bleek de meting alleen mogelijk als ik eerst een bril zou uitzoeken. Dit was niet aangegeven bij het maken van de afspraak.

Ga daar niet heen! Ze maakten een bril die absoluut niet aangepast was aan het zicht van mijn zoon en zeiden dat hij ze altijd moest dragen. Na een paar maanden gingen we terug om zijn zicht te controleren omdat hij de bril niet goed zag en hem hoofdpijn gaf. De manager vertelde hem opnieuw dat de bril in orde was en hij zich moest aanpassen. Toen braken de takken na minder dan 1 jaar uit, ook al is mijn zoon heel voorzichtig met zijn bril. We kregen te horen dat er geen garantie was en we moesten een nieuw paar kopen. Zijn zicht werd opnieuw gecontroleerd en de manager adviseerde om een nieuwe bril te maken met dezelfde correctie. Aangezien we twijfelden, gingen we naar een andere opticien die bevestigde dat de bril van mijn zoon te sterk was en dat hij in feite geen bril meer hoeft te dragen omdat zijn zicht dramatisch is verbeterd. Dus hij had gelijk en hij droeg een bril die hem pijn deed! Slechte expertise in de winkel, waardoor ik meerdere malen terug moest met mijn bril. Het lag aan mij en niet aan de bril volgens de verkoper. Wederom keek ik nog steeds niet lekker door de bril en kreeg ik er hoofdpijn van. Ik ben al jarenlang klant bij Hans Anders en was altijd tevreden met mijn nieuwe bril. Ik heb 550 euro betaald voor een bril die ik niet heb kunnen dragen. De medewerker van de winkel was onsympathiek en gaf hier geen garantie voor want het lag niet aan de bril... Ik heb een klacht ingediend bij het hoofdkantoor van Hans Anders. En door wie werd die klacht uiteindelijk weer behandeld? Ja hoor, de medewerker van de winkel... Ik ben 550 euro lichter en jullie zijn een vaste klant kwijt.

The woman i talked with was nice but that's it, they were not able to repair the glasses i bought at the same chain 2 years ago... even if a different chain was able to do so, gonna switch to SpecSavers.
