★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte service. Kunnen niet omgaan met Black Friday drukte, maken grote fouten qua ogen meten en dan beledigend worden als je de bril annuleert en ook al heb je bevestiging van annuleren per mail ipv echte brief toch de incassobureau op je nek sturen voor het volledige bedrag. Aso's
 Very bad service. Can't deal with Black Friday crowds, make big mistakes in measuring eyes and then become insulting when you cancel the glasses and even if you have confirmation of cancellation by mail instead of a real letter, still send the collection agency on your neck for the full amount. asos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb altijd goede ervaringen daar. Ik doe mee aan het spaarplan van 9 euro per maand en kan dan na 2 jaar een mooie bril uitzoeken.
