C	Carina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een verschrikkelijke winkel, mensen staan minimaal een kwartier te wachten, dan blijkt dat de eigenaar ergens op de markt loopt. De medewerkster die achterbleef was bezig met een oogmeting en reageert niet op klanten wat wel logisch is, maar dat een eigenaar meer dan een kwartier wegblijft is echt onbegrijpelijk. What a terrible store, people are waiting at least fifteen minutes, then it appears that the owner is walking somewhere on the market. The employee who stayed behind was busy with an eye test and does not respond to customers which is logical, but that an owner stays away more than fifteen minutes is really incomprehensible.

Ik was op tijd maar had een latere tijd in gedachten en was dus telaat, daar doen ze ook niet moeilijk over.. dus ik zeg.. niet zeuren. Ze nemen de tijd voor je en dan loop je wel eens uit. Ik heb ...terwijl ik daar was zojuist, zitten opletten en ze nemen echt de tijd voor iedereen. Dus daarom van mij 4 ?. De meting was goed uitgevoerd en het was nodig. Tot volgende week en bedankt voor jullie service ..top! People who are complaining that they have to wait in the store ?? I was on time but had a later time in mind and was too late, they don't bother about that either .. so I say .. don't whine. They take the time for you and then you sometimes walk out. While I was there just now, I've been paying attention and they really take the time with everyone. So that's why from me 4 . The measurement was done well and it was necessary. Helaas wordt bij deze vestiging met opzet de laatste actie (100 euro korting) verzwegen zodat zij meer omzet draaien en ik als klant meer geld moet uitgeven. Ik had nl. duidelijk gezegd dat ik maar 1 bril nodig heb, in de praktijk doe ik niets met de 2e. Ik heb de 2e toch maar genomen omdat die zgn. gratis was. We hadden toch al weinig tijd om een extra montuur te kiezen. Bij het aanbetalen wordt een handtekening gevraagd, zodat je er later niet meer op terug kunt komen. Ik voel me misleid. Ik heb dit natuurlijk wel even gezegd bij het ophalen van de brillen. Men heeft sorry gezegd, maar ik merk nergens aan dat men het meent. Zo berekenend allemaal! Ik ben al heel lang klant van Hans Anders, ik had niet verwacht dat klanten zo behandeld zouden worden bij deze vestiging. Hans Anders has very good promotions, including 3 glasses for the price of 1, or 100 euros discount. Unfortunately, the last promotion (100 euro discount) is deliberately withheld at this location so that they generate more turnover and I as a customer have to spend more money. I had clearly said that I only need 1 pair of glasses, in practice I don't do anything with the 2nd. I took the 2nd one anyway because it was so-called free. We didn't have enough time to choose an extra frame anyway. When paying, a signature is requested, so that you can't go back on it later. I feel misled. Of course I mentioned this when I picked up the glasses. They've said sorry, but I don't see anything that they mean it. All so calculating! I have been a customer of Hans Anders for a long time, I did not expect that customers would be treated this way at this location.
