★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onvriendelijk personeel en vertikken het om zonder dialect te praten. Dit gaat vooral over de kale man met bril die er werkt.
Very unfriendly staff and refuse to speak without a dialect. This is mainly about the bald man with glasses who works there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds Hans Anders in Venray gevestigd, is gaan mijn echtgenote en ik iedere 2 jaar naar deze uitstekende opticien/brillenmaker! Kundig en vriendelijk personeel en afspraak maken via hun website werkt goed.
Since Hans Anders is based in Venray, my wife and I have been going to this excellent optician / glasses maker every 2 years! Knowledgeable and friendly staff and making an appointment via their website works well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vreselijke medewerkers type "55 plus huishoudschool" die elkaar constant in de gaten houden. Ze weten niks, er is niks mogelijk en ze blijven maar dialect praten. De lenzen specialist is maar 2 dagen per week beschikbaar en weigert (ja weigert!) op zaterdag oogmeting te doen. Alle andere personeelsleden vonden het ook raar zeiden ze... de brillen en lenzen zijn prima maar wat daar in die winkel rond loopt moet met de vut.
Terrible "55 plus domestic school" employees who keep an eye on each other. They don't know anything, nothing is possible and they just keep talking dialect. The lens specialist is only available 2 days a week and refuses (yes refuses!) To perform an eye test on Saturday. All other staff also thought it was strange, they said ... the glasses and lenses are fine, but what is walking around in that store must be done with early retirement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte service! Ondanks dat de winkel leeg was (wél 3 man personeel) werd mn bril 'even snel' gesteld en past nu nog steeds niet. Ogen meten was geen tijd voor want er stond een afspraak gepland voor 2u later... Ik dacht even in een candid camera grap te zitten. Ga er nooit meer heen.
Very bad service! Despite the fact that the store was empty (3 employees), my glasses were set 'just as quickly' and they still do not fit now. Measuring eyes was not the time because an appointment was scheduled for 2 hours later ... I thought I was in a candid camera joke. Never go there again.

Staff seemed seriously unmotivated and uncomfortable with each other, resulting in an awkward atmosphere in the shop.
Also no toilet for customers...
