★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De rookmelders die Hemmink levert hebben een fundamentele ontwerpfout: als je van 1 rookmelder de nul en fase per ongeluk omdraait branden ALLE al geïnstalleerde rookmelders in je woning door, en dit is mij dus overkomen. Dit product had nooit op de markt mogen komen omdat deze ontwerpfout makkelijk had kunnen worden voorkomen, maar Hemmink geeft niet thuis en vind dat ik gewoon 'pech heb' en zelf mag opdraaien voor de kosten van nieuwe rookmelders. Bijzonder onprofessioneel en gewoon schijt hebben aan de klant met een ondeugdelijke product.
The smoke detectors that Hemmink supplies have a fundamental design flaw: if you accidentally reverse the zero and phase of 1 smoke detector, ALL smoke detectors already installed in your home burn through, and this happened to me. This product should never have been on the market because this design error could easily have been prevented, but Hemmink does not give home and think that I am just 'unlucky' and can pay for the costs of new smoke detectors myself. Extremely unprofessional and just shit on the customer with a faulty product.
