★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Custom painting gekocht 80 cm. x 130 cm. voor € 120,00. Vanaf dag 1 gereclameerd dat de painting niet goed was. Kreeg 0 op rekest. Klantenservice gaf aan dat de painting geweldig zou worden, ik moest maar van een afstand kijken en de painting eerst afmaken, dan werd hij beoordeeld en kreeg ik wel/niet mijn geld terug. Nu heb ik een up-date gestuurd van een gedeelte van de painting. Ik heb nu een paardje met een blauwe buik en oranje hoofd. Krijg ik als reactie: weet je zeker dat de steentjes goed geplakt zijn? Dus koop hier géén painting: als je zó met je klanten omgaat..
Custom painting purchased 80 cm. x 130cm. for € 120.00. From day 1 complained that the painting was not good. Received 0 on account. Customer service indicated that the painting was going to be great, I just had to look from a distance and finish the painting first, then it was judged and I did/not got my money back. Now I have sent an update of a part of the painting. I now have a horse with a blue belly and orange head. I get the response: are you sure that the stones are stuck properly? So don't buy a painting here: if that's how you treat your customers..
