Op e-mails werd vlot en vriendelijk gereageerd en de zorgvuldig verpakte plaat had ik snel thuis. Een prima ervaring dus. Recently bought an LP here that was no longer available anywhere else, at least not online. E-mails were answered quickly and friendly and I had the carefully packaged record at home quickly. So a great experience.

Ik werd snel geholpen op de mail, prettig contact en de LP's waren snel in huis! Plus goed en stevig verpakt. Bought an LP here via Bol.com, and then a bunch of other LPs via the website itself. I was quickly helped by email, pleasant contact and the LPs were delivered quickly! Plus well and firmly packed.
K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier niks kopen, zou mijn advies zijn. Via Bol.com een lp gekocht en achteraf betalen gekozen. Prijs leek vervolgens ineens verhoogd, tijdens of na het bestelproces. Geen idee waar de fout precies lag. Ik was in mijn beleving echt overeengekomen met een andere (lagere) prijs dan later ineens op de factuur stond. Op de website van deze zaak stond vervolgens ook nog steeds de lagere prijs. Na contact hierover was dit wonderbaarlijk ineens verwijderd. Gelukkig had ik een screenshot. Meneer wijst op de woorden 'prijswijzigingen voorbehouden', maar je mag niet tijdens of na het sluiten van een overeenkomst de prijs ineens wijzigen. Als je contact opneemt voor verduidelijking krijg je agressieve reacties terug en beschuldigingen van smaad en laster. Ik ben zelf jurist en ook in het consumentenrecht werkzaam geweest; heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Erg klantonvriendelijk en agressief. Mijn ervaring is dus een hele slechte. Don't buy anything here would be my advice. Bought an LP via Bol.com and chose to pay afterwards. The price then suddenly seemed to increase, during or after the ordering process. No idea where exactly the error was. In my experience, I had really agreed with a different (lower) price than was suddenly stated on the invoice later. The lower price was still stated on the website of this business. After contact about this, this was miraculously suddenly removed. Luckily I had a screenshot. Sir points to the words 'price changes reserved', but you may not suddenly change the price during or after the conclusion of an agreement. Contacting for clarification will return aggressive responses and accusations of defamation and slander. I am a lawyer myself and have also worked in consumer law; never experienced this. Very customer unfriendly and aggressive. So my experience is a very bad one.

Hier koop ik dus nooit meer wat. Update 28-12 Als je e-mail had gelezen (zo bestel je hier online) dan zag je op 25-12 om 11.40 uur mijn bericht. Dat je de LP die ik wilde kopen van je een dag later voor 20 euro meer aanbiedt, maakt je verhaal niet geloofwaardiger. Je agressieve reactie maakt dat ik er weinig voor voel je te bellen. The type of company that doesn't respond when you're interested in an album, but does increase the price by 20 euros because apparently the price has gone up on Discogs. So I will never buy anything here again. Update 28-12 If you had read e-mail (that's how you order online here) you saw my message on 25-12 at 11.40 am. The fact that you offer the LP that I wanted to buy from you a day later for 20 euros more does not make your story more credible. Your aggressive response doesn't make me feel like calling you.

Because he offers decent prices, ships very fast and accurate and offers good advice based on one's purchasing history. Finally he quickly follows up in those very rare cases that there's an issue with a record (in almost all cases a production damage/error and by no means his mistake). Highly recommended.
