Niet alleen is er de noodzakelijke kennis van/over honden en hun gedrag, maar er is ook absoluut kennis van hoe om te gaan met minder toegankelijke honden. Onze beide honden gaan al ruim een jaar mee met ze en iedere keer als ze worden opgehaald, staan ze te springen om mee te gaan. Happy Time is really great. Not only is there the necessary knowledge of / about dogs and their behavior, but there is also absolute knowledge of how to deal with less accessible dogs. Both of our dogs have been with them for over a year and every time they are picked up, they are eager to join them.

Wat Happy Time kenmerkt is het persoonlijke contact. Dat begint met een kennisgesprek met elkaar. Dat persoonlijke blijft en dat is fijn. Als er iets is rondom de hond, wordt daarover contact onderhouden. Wat Happy Time ook kenmerkt is de flexibiliteit rondom planning. De planning kan op maat voor de hondenbezitter. Dat wil zeggen dat je niet vastzit aan bepaalde dagen, maar Happy Time ingezet kan worden wanneer nodig. Het is zelfs zo dat je tot 20 uur ' s avonds nog kunt vragen of je hond mee mag. Dat is erg klantgericht. Tim en Sam zijn fijne mensen met hart voor zowel dieren als mensen. ? Sigrid en Lia Happy Time has been our exhaust service for 4 years. We worden altijd op de hoogte gesteld als er wat speelt, bij vakanties etc. Weten veel van honden en gedrag. Sjaak rent al naar de deur als hij de bus in de verte aan hoort komen of maar even ziet! De roedel is ontzettend leuk en het is een genot om deze 2 gepassioneerde mensen te zien werken. Het persoonlijke contact is ontzettend fijn en ze doen altijd dat extra stapje voor de klanten. Happy Time customer for 1.5 years. I can regularly visit the site. The pack is great fun and it is a pleasure to see these 2 passionate people working. The personal contact is very nice and they always go the extra mile for the customers.

Onze honden zijn bijna 2 jaar met Happy Time mee geweest en in deze periode zijn er diverse fouten gemaakt en zijn afspraken niet nagekomen. De eigenaresse zal dit echter nooit toegeven en de schuld altijd bij een ander neerleggen. Ook heeft zij over diverse zaken gelogen. De druppel was voor ons dat we erachter kwamen dat de honden van de 3 uur dat ze van huis zijn, het merendeel van de tijd in het busje zitten in plaats van dat ze op het speelterrein zijn. Denk dus alsjeblieft na voordat je met dit bedrijf in zee gaat! These people are totally unfit to run their own business. Our dogs have been with Happy Time for almost 2 years and during this period several mistakes have been made and agreements have not been fulfilled. However, the owner will never admit this and always place the blame on someone else. She has also lied about various things. The last straw for us was finding out that the dogs from the 3 hours they are away from home spend most of the time in the van instead of being on the play area. So please think before you start working with this company!

Al 7 jaren mag ze mee en kijkt ze er naar uit om samen met de andere honden lekker te kunnen dollen. Als er iets verandert denkt Happy Time altijd mee en is er veel mogelijk. De liefde voor de honden voel je door alles heen.Wij zouden ze niet kunnen missen! Our four-legged friend is faithfully on the lookout for the days she can go with Tim and Samantha. She has been allowed for 7 years and is looking forward to playing with the other dogs. If something changes, Happy Time always thinks along and a lot is possible. You can feel the love for the dogs through everything, we could not miss them!

Ook al vaak meegewandeld, prachtig terrein, fantastische roedels en geweldig enthousiast stel harde werkers. Switched from another exhaust service to Happy Time. Absolutely great! Also often walked along, beautiful terrain, fantastic packs and a great enthusiastic bunch of hard workers.
