★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tijdens de Bov zomerweken heb ik een familie opstelling gedaan bij Sigrid.
Hierdoor kreeg ik meer inzicht in het probleem waar ik tegen aan liep, en is het me duidelijk geworden dat ik het zelf instant hou. En dat de verandering in deze situatie bij mezelf ligt en het niet buiten mezelf moet zoeken.
ik ben dankbaar voor deze nieuwe inzichten en daarna kan ik zelf de keuze maken hoe ik er verder mee om ga.
 During the Bov summer weeks I did a family setup at Sigrid.
This gave me more insight into the problem I encountered, and it became clear to me that I keep it instantaneous. And that the change in this situation lies with me and it should not look outside of myself.
I am grateful for these new insights and after that I can make the choice how I will deal with it.
