Ze heeft mij geholpen te leren voelen wanneer mijn lichaam zelf aangeeft hóe een situatie voelt. Niet alleen wat ik ervan dénk. Dat had ik echt nodig, die connectie tussen hart en hoofd. Mede dankzij haar professionele hulp ben ik uit mijn burnout gekomen en voel ik langzaamaan mijn energie weer stromen.
I've been coming to Sylvia for over a year. First intensively every week and now about once a month. Sylvia has a wonderful, down-to-earth approach, with humor. She helped me learn to feel when my body itself indicates how a situation feels. Not just what I think. I really needed that, that connection between heart and head. Partly thanks to her professional help, I got out of my burnout and I slowly feel my energy flowing again.
