Vanaf het eerste contact werd duidelijk dat ik met een professional te maken die niets aan het toeval wilde overlaten. Duidelijk in de communicatie werkte ik met haar toe, naar een in alle opzichten en voor iedereen bijzonder weekend wat een onuitwisbare indruk heeft gemaakt. Vanaf het begin liep alles volgens haar minutieus uitgeschreven draaiboek op rolletjes en zowel het bruidspaar met hun gasten als ik, kijken met volle tevredenheid terug op een bijzonder geslaagd weekend. Van harte aanbevolen!! As a "cook at home" I was approached by Stefanie from "Passion weddings" to cook a weekend at a castle in the Ardennes for a wedding couple and their 40 guests, who had hired her as a wedding planner. From the first contact it became clear that I was dealing with a professional who didn't want to leave anything to chance. Clearly in communication I worked with her, towards a weekend that was special in every way and for everyone, which made an indelible impression. From the beginning, everything went according to her meticulously written script and both the bridal couple with their guests and I look back on a particularly successful weekend with complete satisfaction. Stefanie is daarnaast een zeer prettig persoon, die zowel zorgend naar het bruidspaar als zakelijk richting leveranciers is. Stefanie straalt rust uit, wat je altijd het idee geeft dat het goed komt. Ze besteed voldoende aandacht aan de manier waarop er gewerkt wordt en toetst dit ook met regelmaat. Daarmee weet ze zich goed aan te passen aan de denk-en werkwijze van het bruidspaar. Wij willen Stefanie dan ook van harte aanbevelen. Vanaf het begin liep het contact super. Hoe fijn is het als je iemand hebt die er alles aan doet om er voor te zorgen dat je wensen gerealiseerd worden en zelf ook super ideeën heeft om het helemaal perfect te maken. Stefanie heeft ons in de periode van voorbereiding heel veel werk uit handen genomen, niks was teveel. Ze heeft voor ons alles geregeld, het zoeken naar en al de communicatie met de verschillende leveranciers, de styling en ze was ook onze ceremoniemeester. Daardoor konden wij zelf heel relaxed naar de bruiloft toeleven omdat je weet dat er iemand met je meedenkt en er aan alle details wordt gedacht. We wilde iets speciaals en dat is meer dan gelukt. Het officiele gedeelte heeft in Nederland plaatsgevonden en daarna zijn wij met onze familie en vrienden voor twee dagen naar een chateau in de Belgische Ardennen vertrokken om daar nog een paar dagen te kunnen genieten. Wat Stefanie heel goed heeft gedaan is het aanvoelen van het sfeertje dat wij voor ogen hadden. Ze begreep ons gelijk waardoor wij er direct van overtuigt waren dat het helemaal goed zou komen. En achteraf is dat meer dan gelukt. Het was dankzij Stefanie en haar crew echt een sprookje, alles klopte. Ontzettend knap dat ze zoveel geregeld hebben, ook tijdens de dagen van onze bruiloft, en dat we nauwelijks merkte dat ze er waren. We zijn Stefanie en haar crew ontzettend dankbaar, zonder haar waren wij zelf nooit in staat geweest om er zulke speciale dagen van te maken. Immediately after our first contact we knew that Stefanie could help us enormously in organizing our dream wedding. From the start, the contact went very well. How nice is it when you have someone who does everything to ensure that your wishes are realized and who also has great ideas to make it completely perfect. Stefanie took a lot of work off our hands during the preparation period, nothing was too much. She arranged everything for us, the search for and all the communication with the different suppliers, the styling and she was also our master of ceremonies. As a result, we could very relaxed towards the wedding ourselves because you know that someone is thinking along with you and that all details are thought of. We wanted something special and we more than succeeded. The official part took place in the Netherlands and after that we left with our family and friends for two days to a chateau in the Belgian Ardennes to enjoy a few more days there. What Stefanie did very well is feeling the atmosphere that we had in mind. She understood us right away, so we were immediately convinced that it would be all right. And afterwards that more than succeeded. Thanks to Stefanie and her crew it was really a fairytale, everything was just right. Very clever that they arranged so much, also during the days of our wedding, and that we hardly noticed that they were there. We are very grateful to Stefanie and her crew, without her we would never have been able to make it such special days.
