Toen ik op afspraak was langsgekomen om de boeken op te halen waren ze nog helemaal niet geprint en de persoon waarmee ik had afgesproken was ook niet aan wezig dus niemand wist ergens van. Vervolgens hebben ze met spoed een aantal exemplaren kunnen drukken, echter waren deze niet van goede kwaliteit, de PDF kwam totaal niet overeen met het drukwerk. Ze konden het probleem niet ter plekke oplossen maar hadden aangeboden om het dan te komen leveren. Dat klinkt op zich wel netjes, maar dat hebben ze wel gewoon op de factuur erbij gezet.
Komen de boeken binnen, zitten er minder in dan afgesproken. Volgens hun dus omdat de foute druk (wat dus komt omdat zij zelf hun afspraken waren vergeten en het ter plekke opeens moesten drukken) voor mijn rekening is.
Uiteindelijke kwaliteit was okΓ©, behalve dan dat de verschillende kleuren kanalen net wat van elkaar verschoven waren zodat sommige kleurenafbeeldingen er raar uit zien. Hier had ik ze eerder al op gewezen maar dit hebben ze klaarblijkelijk niet op kunnen lossen
Prijs was laag, maar uiteindelijk is goedkoop dus duurkoop en had ik bij een concurrent voor een lagere prijs een beter product kunnen krijgen, om nog maar te zwijgen over alle onnodige stress en frustratie die ik heb moeten ervaren met deze mensen.

When I came by appointment to pick up the books they were not printed at all and the person I had agreed with was also not there so no one knew about anything. Then they were able to urgently print a number of copies, but these were not of good quality, the PDF did not correspond at all with the printed matter. They were unable to solve the problem on the spot, but offered to deliver it. That in itself sounds neat, but they just put it on the invoice.
If the books arrive, they contain less than agreed. According to them, because the wrong pressure (which is because they themselves had forgotten their appointments and suddenly had to print it on the spot) is for my account.
Final quality was okay, except that the different color channels were slightly shifted so some color images look weird. I had pointed this out to them before, but apparently they were unable to solve this
Price was low, but in the end it is cheap so expensive and I could have gotten a better product from a competitor for a lower price, not to mention all the unnecessary stress and frustration I had to experience with these people.
