P	Pedro Tavares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful design shop but unfortunately with an arrogant and amateur professionalism. Upon purchasing of a design couch in this store the delivery of such couch was over 40% the agreed time on time of purchase. When contacted during the last time prior to final delivery, the payment of the last part of the couch was due and in an attempt to "make up" for the delay the manager made phone commitments of having a 5% discount of the couch price as a voucher for store items as compensation for the delay. I was informed such voucher would arrive upon completion of payment of the remainder of the couch. Couch paid and upon contact to follow up on the compensation I was simply informed that some managers promises are not other managers responsibilities to fulfill and that since I had completed my payment the transaction between parties was closed. Beautiful couch. Arrogant staff. Unreliable delivery. Poor and unprofessional service for a high end design store. Think twice before investing in this store.

I bought a pillow and tried to return it one hour later. They will only give store credit and point to a small framed sign in the lower corner of the counter stating this policy. No one mentioned this when I checked out. If you bought something online, you could get a refund. It’s odd and unnecessary and left a bad taste. I won’t be back.
