★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laat ik voorop stellen dat de docenten van HBO A&A stuk voor stuk bekwame vakmensen zijn met ruime ervaring in de praktijk. Ze hebben aandacht voor het individu en steken een hoop energie in het begeleiden van de studenten.
De organisatie van HBO A&A is daarentegen een heel ander verhaal (behalve de facturatie, dat gaat wonderbaarlijk wel in één keer goed). (schriftelijke) Afspraken worden niet nagekomen (wanneer ze daarmee geconfronteerd worden wordt dit simpelweg ontkend en wordt de toon vanuit de organisatie zeer onprofessioneel en ronduit kinderachtig), modules worden net voor de start geannuleerd, op mails wordt regelmatig niet of nauwelijks gereageerd, worden er ongefundeerde insinuaties gemaakt over het niet integer handelen van praktijkbegeleiders, en is de studiebegeleiding vanuit de organisatie bar slecht. Van kritiek zijn ze niet gediend en telefoontjes worden in dat geval bewust niet beantwoord. Tip: bel vervolgens anoniem en je hebt meteen iemand aan de lijn, maar een betere tip is: zoek een andere opleider!
 Let me first state that the teachers of HBO A&A are all skilled professionals with extensive experience in practice. They pay attention to the individual and put a lot of energy into guiding the students.
The organization of HBO A&A, on the other hand, is a completely different story (except for the billing, which miraculously goes right the first time). (written) Agreements are not kept (when confronted with this, this is simply denied and the tone from the organization becomes very unprofessional and downright childish), modules are canceled just before the start, emails are regularly not or hardly responded to, made unfounded insinuations about the unethical conduct of practical counselors, and the study guidance from the organization is very bad. They are not served by criticism and in that case telephone calls are deliberately not answered. Tip: then call anonymously and you will immediately have someone on the line, but a better tip is: find another trainer!
