★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij het poetsen van de auto hebben ze de mat zwarte stickers die op de auto zitten geraakt met hun poetsmachine, waardoor zo'n 85 á 90% van de stickers beschadigd is. Bij benadering hierover hebben ze uiteindelijk beloofd dit te vergoeden, maar na 5 maanden nog niets van de vergoeding gezien. Ondertussen de rechtsbijstand erbij gehaald, maar ze negeren elke manier van contact. Dit vind ik verre van professionaliteit vertonen en een schandalige manier van omgaan met (terechte) klachten.
When polishing the car, they touched the matte black stickers that are on the car with their polishing machine, so that about 85 to 90% of the stickers are damaged. Approximately about this, they eventually promised to reimburse this, but after 5 months have not seen anything of the compensation. Called legal aid in the meantime, but they ignore any way of contact. I find this far from showing professionalism and an outrageous way of dealing with (justified) complaints.
