 Anna's strength as a coach is that she is not easily satisfied with an answer. She explores topics and questions the core. As a result, she helped me to find focus and direction in the next step in my career.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In het najaar van 2019 heb ik bij Anna de "hugs and heels" workshop gevolgd voor drukke mama's. Mede door de oefeningen met de groep en de gesprekken met Anna ben ik tot waardevolle inzichten gekomen. Het belangrijkste inzicht is toch wel dat het niet erg is om veel dingen te combineren, maar dat het wel belangrijk is dat je hier ook energie uit haalt. Anna helpt je om voor jezelf te verduidelijken, wat dat dan is! Heel waardevol!
In the fall of 2019 I followed Anna's "hugs and heels" workshop for busy moms. Partly due to the exercises with the group and the conversations with Anna, I have come to valuable insights. The most important insight is that it is not bad to combine many things, but that it is important that you also get energy from this. Anna helps you to clarify for yourself what that is! Very valuable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with Anna for a period of 3-4 months, and during that time our weekly sessions were instrumental to breakthroughs I had about how I view my career in relation to my identity, passions, and future goals. I truly value learning and growing, but also don't want to be work-obsessed and purely validated through climbing the career ladder. Anna's holistic way of thinking took into account that for me to unlock my next steps, it's more than just looking at my career but about my holistic balance between personal goals, lifestyle choices, ambitions and opportunities. I hate the idea of a 5 year plan, but Anna is incredible in working in a context and style that fits my personality and worldview, while still holding me accountable and pushing me forward. Our short time together gave me a sense of calm and self-understanding that I had been struggling with for years.
