★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beetje vreemd als ik om 15.50uur bel dat ik dan bandje krijg dat t voor zit en ik volgende werkdag moet bellen. Nu dan maar doktersdienst gebeld en snel netjes door arts terug gebeld. Afspraken liepen meerdere malen mis. Zo jammer dit
 Bit strange when I call at 3.50 pm that I get a band that it's in front and I have to call the next working day. Now I just called the doctor's service and the doctor called back quickly. Appointments went wrong several times. Such a shame this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I came for my fysio appointment in Gezondheidscentrum de Spil (part of Zorggroep Almere), but it was not what I asked for when I was making a booking. As someone who is 35 weeks pregnant with huge belly and pelvis (PGP) and back issues I wanted to have specialist for pregnancy related back, and especially pelvis issues who would help me with that, but in the same time prepare me and give me tips for my delivery, e.g breathing, correct contractions and delivery postures etc.
Due to misscomunication I was booked for back treatment which Marielle and Yvone are specialized for. However, I needed pregnancy specialist in pelvic related complaints and who can prepare me for the delivery.
Marielle was super understanding and helpful. She understood it was misscomunication, so she canceled the appointment saying nothing would be charged. Then she friendly offered to find other specialist according to my wishes. She was looking for me which therapists and centers offer treatmants I needed. As extra she gave me few tips in regards to back and was super friendly. Thank you!
Next to that Yvone was also pleasant and kind and understood the situation and wished me all the best with my pregnancy.
This time I didn't need the kind of therapy they are specialized in, but If I ever need to attend that kind of back therapie I would definately go there. Therefore I recommend these 2 lovely ladies.
