B	Bas van den Bovenkamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanuit meerdere behoeften met dit GZC in aanraking gekomen. Mijn eerste ervaring was met de reisprik. Kundig, duidelijk en snel geholpen door de arts die de inenting toediende. Volgens mij is de arts of de HAP niet meer aangesloten bij Reisprik, maar de prettige ervaring heeft er wel voor gezorgd dat de keuze voor deze HAP makkelijk was. Met andere HAP's in de buurt heb ik geen directe ervaring. Echter, de HAP is modern, schoon en de assistenten zijn altijd vriendelijk. Tevens voldoen ze voor mij aan de basisvereisten die ik stel aan een HAP. Zo wordt er veel digitaal gewerkt (afspraak bij zowel dokter als assistenten), is er uiteraard apotheek aanwezig op dezelfde locatie en hebben ze een goede bereikbaarheid telefonisch. Wachten is niet ongewoon, maar er is altijd de optie om teruggebeld te worden met verwachte tijd. Erg prettig. Ik heb altijd op korte termijn afspraken kunnen maken indien nodig. Vaak wordt het later dan gepland, mede omdat mijn ervaring is dat er altijd de tijd wordt genomen voor jou als patiënt. Het is wel een minpunt als je fulltime werkt, dan is stiptheid handig. Ik kan de GZC en met name de HAP (met apotheek weinig ervaring) zeker aanraden. Come into contact with this GZC from multiple needs. My first experience was with the travel jab. Skilled, clear and quickly helped by the doctor who administered the vaccination. I think the doctor or HAP is no longer affiliated with Reisprik, but the pleasant experience has ensured that choosing this HAP was easy. I have no direct experience with other HAPs in the area. However, the HAP is modern, clean and the assistants are always friendly. They also meet the basic requirements that I set for a HAP. A lot of work is done digitally (appointment with both doctors and assistants), there is of course a pharmacy present at the same location and they have good accessibility by telephone. Waiting is not uncommon, but there is always the option to be called back with the expected time. Very pleasant. I have always been able to make appointments in the short term if necessary. It is often later than planned, partly because my experience is that time is always taken for you as a patient. It is a disadvantage if you work full time, then punctuality is handy. I can definitely recommend the GZC and in particular the HAP (with little experience in pharmacy).

Als je dus soms meerdere keren moet bellen, ben je er een aantal uur mee bezig. Excellent general practitioners, but the health center has too little capacity at the reception.
