★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had een afspraak voor bloedprikken. Maar moest met spoed naar ziekenhuis en nergens een telefoonnummer of e-mailadres om netjes te kunnen afbellen. Slechte zaak!
Had an appointment for blood tests. But had to rush to hospital and nowhere a phone number or e-mail address to be able to call off properly. Bad thing!
