★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zijn bij Health First begonnen om fit te worden en af te vallen. We hebben elke week personal training gehad en hebben daarnaast ook vrij getraind.
Er hangt een goede motiverende sfeer in de sportschool en er zijn veel optie om een goede training te doen.
Ook de trainers geven goede trainingen en zijn erg gezellig en hebben verstand van zaken.
Kortom: goede sportschool en zeker een aanrader!
 We started at Health First to get fit and lose weight. We had personal training every week and also trained freely.
There is a good motivational atmosphere in the gym and there are many options to do a good workout.
The trainers also give good training and are very pleasant and knowledgeable.
In short: good gym and definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kan me de eerste keer nog herinneren toen ik binnen kwam bij deze top tent. Als ademt een topsport mentaliteit, zelfs wanneer je geen PT lees personal training hebt word je geholpen. Ik kan iedereen deze plek aanraden. Er heerst ook geen cultuur van hiërarchie, dat vind ik altijd wel prettig. De eigenaar zie je in de ochtend komen en gaat als laatste weg! Bedankt team en tot morgen!
Ps. Ben al 15 kilo kwijt door deze toppers
I can still remember the first time I entered this top tent. If you breathe a top sport mentality, even if you don't have a PT read personal training you will be helped. I can recommend this place to everyone. There is also no culture of hierarchy, which I always like. The owner sees you coming in the morning and is the last to leave! Thanks team and see you tomorrow!
ps. I've already lost 15 kilos because of these great guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this club for people who are over weighted or obese. I knew the place via SportVasten program. I was suppose to follow up with them for 10 days. However, the coach was uncooperative, unsupportive, careless ... It was a big disappointment for me and huge waste of money. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked out at this gym for quite a while. Always had a great time here. Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately had to leave due to me moving to an other city. I recommend this gym, especially if you are just starting to work out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrustworthy, unprofessional and a waste of money.
I specifically asked for a 3 months subscription (since I was moving away) and they "forgot" to mention the subscription was automatically extended. The contract was only in Dutch and it was not sent to my email to be checked. Poor service to Expats and fishy way of doing business.
I surely leaned my lesson. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.
