★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voelde mij onwijs op mijn gemak, heb zo veel meer inzicht nu op wat ik eet. Door alleen maar goed te eten ben ik al 6 kg kwijt.. Zonder honger of vieze dingen eten haha nee gewoon goed eten en weten welk voedingsmiddel wat waard is. Daarnaast is Anouk ook gewoon heel aardig en gezellig.
 Felt very comfortable, have so much more insight now on what I eat. By only eating well I have already lost 6 kg.. Without hunger or eating dirty things haha no just eat well and know which food is worth what. In addition, Anouk is also just very nice and pleasant.
