★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel fijne manier van communiceren en ontzettend blij met hoe Lotte je behandeld en bekijkt als mens. Een praatje zit erbij, maar 30 minuten stilte is ook helemaal prima! Erg flexibel in tijden en is nog elke dag zelf ook aan het leren, waardoor je elke keer ook weer beter wordt behandeld. Een hele fijne ervaring en nog steeds een vaste klant!
 Very nice way of communicating and very happy with how Lotte treats and views you as a person. A chat is included, but 30 minutes of silence is also completely fine! Very flexible in times and is still learning every day, so that you are treated better every time. A very nice experience and still a regular customer!
