★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half februari kwam ik bij Desiree met, naar t bleek stevige klachten zoals sterk ontregelde spijsvertering, hardnekkig overgewicht en burn-out klachten. Na t invullen van diverse vragenlijsten en een kennismakingsgesprek kwam er een voedingsplan uit waar ik mee aan de slag ging. Dat viel niet mee want ik moest totaal uit m`n comfort zone. Na een aantal maanden van ontgiften, rustig aan doen en veel slapen begon ik te merken wat ik de aanpak me kon gaan opleveren namelijk meer energie, dat dingen weer vanzelf gaan, een gezondere (welles waar gevoelige) spijsvertering en een paar, voor mij goede levenslessen. Zonder de enthousiaste begeleiding, kennis en kunde van Desiree had ik dit nooit voor elkaar gekregen.
In mid-February I came to Desiree with, as it turned out, serious complaints such as severely disrupted digestion, persistent overweight and burnout complaints. After filling out various questionnaires and an introductory meeting, a nutrition plan came out that I started working with. That was not easy because I had to get out of my comfort zone completely. After a few months of detoxing, taking it easy and sleeping a lot, I started to notice what the approach could bring me, namely more energy, that things go by themselves again, a healthier (well where sensitive) digestion and a few, for me good life lessons. Without Desiree's enthusiastic guidance, knowledge and expertise, I would never have been able to accomplish this.
