★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you find yourself in Maastricht and like a relaxing smoke then head for Heaven69; it is a little further out the centre (by about 5 mins) but well worth the trouble of getting there. It is one classy place with a fantastic outdoor area. I enjoyed a half hour sun bathe + a smoke - superb! You can smoke in all sections of the shop. Selection of gear seemed reasonable + averagly priced and it also boasts the most stunning bar maid in all of Holland! (The Asian lady if you need to ask). Well worth a visit.
