Wir sind begeistert von der Qualität der Pflanzen, der Verpackung, der Kommunikation (ausführliche Pflanz- u. Pflegeanleitung) und der Lieferung. Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist gerechtfertigt.

Über eine Woche zu früh, so dass niemand zu Hause war. Wahre wurde einfach ohne Überwachung abgestellt, so dass jeder die Pflanzen hätte stehlen können. Pflanzen augenscheinlich in gutem Zustand. Leider sind bereits nach 6 Monaten von 80 Pflanzen 25 gestorben oder bereits am sterben. Trotz aller Beachtung der Pflegehinweise. Es wurde mehr als genug gegossen, zudem hat es oft geregnet. Aber die Qualität der Pflanzen ist definitiv mangelhaft! Entschädigungsangebot mehr als dürftig. 940€ für 80 Pflanzen und ein Entschädigungsangebot von 77,-€ auf den nächsten Kauf! Definitiv kein erneuter Kauf bei dieser Firma! Prices not particularly cheap. Normal average. Despite prior planning, delivery did not arrive on time. Over a week early so no one was home. True was simply parked without supervision so that anyone could steal the plants. Plants apparently in good condition. Unfortunately, after just 6 months, 25 of 80 plants have died or are already dying. Despite all observance of the care instructions. It was poured more than enough and it also rained a lot. But the quality of the plants is definitely poor! Compensation offer more than meager. 940 € for 80 plants and a compensation offer of 77, - € on the next purchase! Definitely not a new purchase from this company!
H	Happy Wife on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider können wir uns den schlechten Bewertungen nur anschließen: 18x Hecke gleicher Sorte bestellt, allerdings wurden nur 16 Stück geliefert, davon waren 3 Stück von der falschen Sorte (es hing sogar das Etikett dran). Der Rest war in einem erbärmlichen und trostlosen Zustand - siehe Bilder. Einen Großteil konnten wir aufpäppeln, aber einige konnten wir leider nicht wieder zum Leben erwecken: einige Blätter und Äste waren schon trocken und hart, viele Äste abgebrochen, angegebenes Höhenmass nicht eingehalten etc..Die gelieferte Ware sah nicht annähernd so aus, wie auf den dargestellten Bildern im Internet. Wir haben später dann bei einem anderen Anbieter die gleiche Sorte online bestellt und waren total begeistert. Ich würde bei Heckenpflanzen Heijnen nie wieder bestellen. Unfortunately, we can only agree with the bad reviews: 18x hedges of the same variety were ordered, but only 16 pieces were delivered, of which 3 pieces were of the wrong type (the label was even attached). The rest was in a pitiful and desolate state - see pictures. We were able to pick up a large part, but unfortunately we couldn't bring some back to life: some leaves and branches were already dry and hard, many branches had broken off, the specified height was not adhered to, etc. The delivered goods did not look nearly the same as on the displayed images on the Internet. We later ordered the same variety online from another supplier and were totally thrilled. I would never order from Heckenpflanzen Heijnen again.

Unbelievably bad service, they answer the phone and tell you every day to wait until 7pm to the delivery. There is no way to reach the owner on the phone, only via Email and he answer only at late night.
G	Gula Huset on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING THIS SEEMS TO BE A SCAM OPERATION!!! Ordered 50 plants and tried to get a confirmation of the delivery before the promised delivery date - no response at all. Followed up the week after by phone every day and they just promised that the delivery would be later that day or tomorrow. When confronted they could not even confirm that anything had been shipped! Will file a formal complaint to the police and other relevant authorities.

The hedges were also of super quality and I was able to plant them immediately. They also send you very clear instructions on how to plant them and care for them, very useful for a beginner like me. Price wise also they were the best deal I could find, much better than the local nurseries. They are also super prompt with their emails and are happy to answer any question you may have. Totally satisfied and happy.
