Der Verkäufer hat bei einer Reklamation nicht reagiert. Wir sind sehr unzufrieden. Der Verkäufer hat uns nicht gewarnt das die Steine ausblühen.
The stones were packed untidily. There was no net between the stones. Many stones were damaged and scratched. The palette was not new. The seller did not respond to a complaint. We are very dissatisfied. The seller did not warn us that the stones are blooming.
