SERVICE zoals het hoort, TOP TOP TOP??????? Had a hernia surgery here, performed by Mr. Heres and his team. Really TOP service, excellent customer treatment both before and after the procedure. SERVICE as it should be, TOP TOP TOP???????

E	Eerde Bolk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier kan geen ziekenhuis tegenop, ik heb ervaren dat zorg ook dat anders (beter en goedkoper?) kan. In het reguliere ziekenhuis in de buurt, moest ik 1,5 jaar(!) wachten voor een liesbreukoperatie!!! In deze kliniek zou ik in de 1e instantie 4 weken wachten, en was ik onverwacht binnen 2 weken aan de beurt. 8.40 op de OK en om 11.00 uur na wat achteraf bleek...een dubbele liesbreukoperatie weer naar huis. Een heel fijn team van diverse disciplines, zie je op een gelijkwaardige manier met elkaar werken. Dit terwijl er in veel ziekenhuizen een hiërarchische sfeer heerst, wat voor patiënten ook wel (nadelig) merkbaar kan zijn. Het fantastische zorgzame en deskundige team, legt goed uit wat er gaat gebeuren. Ik ben geopereerd door dokter Heres, een enorm aardig en kundig mens. Ik raad deze kliniek van harte aan No hospital can compete with this, I have experienced that healthcare can also be done differently (better and cheaper?). In the regular hospital in the area, I had to wait 1.5 years (!) For an inguinal hernia operation !!! In the first instance I would wait 4 weeks in this clinic, and it was my turn unexpectedly within 2 weeks. 8.40 in the OR and at 11.00 after what turned out to be ... a double hernia operation back home. You see a very nice team of various disciplines working together in an equal way. This while in many hospitals there is a hierarchical atmosphere, which can also be (disadvantageously) noticeable for patients. The fantastic caring and knowledgeable team explains well what is going to happen. I was operated on by Dr. Heres, a very nice and knowledgeable person. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic
C	Chinthia Krijtenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben blij Dat ik er geweest ben korte wacht lijst goede deskundigen en de medewerkers luisteren goed naar je de chirurg en de genen die er allemaal bij zijn in de operatiekamer zijn ook aardige en stellen je gerust toen ik weer thuis was ben ik 2X gebeld over hoe het ging en of de wonden goed geneste echt super I'm glad I was there short waiting list good experts and the employees listen to you well the surgeon and the genes who are all there in the operating room are also nice and reassure you when I was back home I was called 2X about how it went and if the wounds healed well really super
J	J Graat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een geweldige plek om je te laten behandelen. Na een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst werd ik al snel opgehaald die een verpleegster. Ik kreeg een bed toegewezen en mocht rustig (met mijn mobieltje om wat te doen te hebben) wachten. Allemaal zeer vriendelijke verpleegsters om me heen. Dit gaf veel vertrouwen en ik had ik geen nerveus gevoel. Zowel de anesthesist als dr. Heres kwamen bij me aan het bed om eea te vertrellen. Vervolgens naar de OK en heel raar blijft dat, wordt je wakker en lig je weer op de zaal. Na een kopje koffie, boterham en een plas gedaan te hebben mocht ik weet naar huis. Grote complimenten voor dr. Heres en zijn team. What a great place to get treated. After a very friendly welcome I was soon picked up by a nurse. I was assigned a bed and was allowed to wait quietly (with my mobile to have something to do). All very friendly nurses around me. This gave me a lot of confidence and I didn't feel nervous. Both the anesthesiologist and Dr. Heres came to my bedside to discuss things. Then to the OR and that remains very strange, you wake up and you are back in the room. After a cup of coffee, a sandwich and a pee I was allowed to go home. Big congratulations to Dr Heres and his team.
R	Ricardo Diaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operatie galblaas verwijdering van mijn vrouw goed gegaan. Vervolgens complicaties opgetreden met de wond (hoge koorts). Geen nazorg door de kliniek. Ze helpen je niet en sturen je zonder pardon door naar een ander ziekenhuis. Ziekenhuis neemt je niet aan omdat je terug moet gaan naar de kliniek die verantwoordelijk is voor de complicaties. Uiteindelijk na veel heen en weer gebeld te hebben tussen huisarts/kliniek/ziekenhuis voor elkaar gekregen om acute nazorg te krijgen bij de spoedeisende hulp. Erg slechte service van de kliniek. Onprofessionele frontoffice die niet weet om te gaan met zulk soort situaties. My wife's gallbladder removal surgery went well. Subsequently, complications occurred with the wound (high fever). No aftercare by the clinic. They do not help you and send you unceremoniously to another hospital. Hospital won't hire you because you have to go back to the clinic responsible for the complications. Finally, after many calls back and forth between the GP/clinic/hospital, I managed to get acute aftercare at the emergency room. Very bad service from the clinic. Unprofessional front office that does not know how to deal with such situations.

Bij Heelkunde Instituut kon ik al binnen 3 weken geholpen worden. Informatievoorziening om dit te regelen was uitstekend. En toen kreeg ik de mededeling van mijn regio ziekenhuis dat ik overmorgen kon komen... Heelkunde Instituut afgebeld, wat je als klant best lastig en vervelend vindt. Maar ze waren vol begrip. Hulde, ik bewaar hun adres! Excellent customer treatment. I had to wait 4 months for an inguinal hernia operation in my region hospital. At the Surgery Institute I could be helped within 3 weeks. Information provision to arrange this was excellent. And then I got the message from my regional hospital that I could come the day after tomorrow... Surgery Institute called off, which you as a customer find quite difficult and annoying. But they were understanding. Kudos, I keep their address!
