★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't rent here. Prices are exorbitant and the promised services which you pay for are not delivered. Deficiencies and flaws in the apartment that are the responsibility of the landlord aren't fixed when reported repeatedly. When you end the rent, they try to stick these costs on you instead. The heating is turned off one-sided by the landlord for months until it is 18-19 degrees inside and your bathroom starts rotting, but you still pay 200 euro's a month for it. Parking the same. No car? Doesn't matter, you still have to pay for parking spot.
