β β β β β Op 04-01-2022 is de aannemer langs geweest na aanleiding van een klacht omdat het slaapkamerraam niet meer dicht gaat.
De aannemer kwam tot de conclusie dat het raam vervangen moet worden en heeft foto doorgestuurd naar Heimstaden.
Op donderdag 10-02-2022 weer naar Heimstaden gebeld om te vragen hoe het ervoor staat, en ja hoor op maandag 14-02-2022 contact gehad met Martijn van den Berg en totΒ mijn grote verbazing begon deze over het onderhoud van het raam aan de binnenkant wat totaal maar ook totaal nergens op slaat.
Over onderhoud gesproken wij hebben scheuren in de buitengevel en scheuren in de muur woonkamer,de scheuren in de gevel zijn al in de zomer van 2021 gemeld bij Heimstaden.
Onze woning is al die jaren steeds overgenomen door een andere woningbouwvereniging maar Heimstaden is echt de aller slechtse gewoon bagger,dit is voor ons het zoveelste probleem met Heimstaden,eerst een buitendeur,electra keuken en nu weer dit en dan weer elke keer excuus.
Is echt een trieste boel !!!!!!!
 The contractor visited on 04-01-2022 following a complaint because the bedroom window no longer closes.
The contractor concluded that the window must be replaced and sent the photo to Heimstaden.
Called Heimstaden again on Thursday 10-02-2022 to ask how things are going, and yes, I had contact with Martijn van den Berg on Monday 14-02-2022 and to my great surprise he started talking about the maintenance of the window. the inside which makes no sense at all, but also completely irrelevant.
Speaking of maintenance, we have cracks in the outer facade and cracks in the living room wall, the cracks in the facade have already been reported to Heimstaden in the summer of 2021.
Our house has been taken over by another housing association all these years, but Heimstaden is really the worst ordinary dredging, for us this is yet another problem with Heimstaden, first an outside door, electric kitchen and now this again and then excuse every time.
It's really sad!!!!!!!!!

β β β β β I was looking for an apartment for last 3 months. During my search I found Heimstaden. A lot of great offers on fair terms, but the best part were employees and their proffesional service.
In the absence of a document, I could arrange it while arranging the rest of the formalities.
I was able to find a much nicer apartment on beter terms than those I saw before
and believe me there were many.
I liked the apartment from the very beginning, large, bright and comfortable.
Special thanks to Ragnhild and Patricia for their help at every step and for staying in contact at any time of the day.
