We zijn erg tevreden over haar kalme en professionele manier van onderhandelen met de koper, en hebben veel aan haar adviezen gehad. Daarnaast heeft Jessica ons geholpen met de administratie rondom de aankoop, en dit verliep heel soepel. Het kopen van ons eerste huis ging ons met deze makelaar heel goed af, en ze heeft zich meerdere malen terugverdiend door haar dienstverlening. Daarom beveel ik Helen zeker aan bij andere kopers als die een kalme professionele (aankoop)makelaar zoeken. Zelfs in de Corona periode, hebben we geen enkel probleem gehad.
De klusjesman die we er gratis bij krijgen voor 4 werkuren is een mooie bijkomstigheid.

Helen acted as a buying agent for me and my girlfriend. We are very satisfied with her calm and professional way of negotiating with the buyer, and have benefited greatly from her advice. In addition, Jessica helped us with the administration around the purchase, and this went very smoothly. Buying our first house went very well with this broker, and she has paid for herself several times through her services. That is why I definitely recommend Helen to other buyers if they are looking for a calm professional (purchase) broker. Even in the Corona period, we never had a problem.
The handyman that we get for free for 4 working hours is a nice extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took an appointment and waited for the representative in front of the premises around 15 mins and we called the office and they informed us a strange message, that he left because he could not found us, while we were waiting there inside the car.
They never share any contact information about the person who is waiting for us. And we searched their contact and callback them on their office phone after 15 mins and they said he/she already left. HOW COME!!!
This real estate doesn't have any principles or they don't care about the service they do. Spending time with these is wasting your time + money.
