Ondanks de lockdown perfect telefonisch advies: goed geluisterd naar wat mijn doel is en eerdere ervaringen waren en daarna model geadviseerd dat beste past (en écht niet het "top of the bill" model) super!
Na bestelling de volgende dag al geleverd; vanwege corona was de gratis levering langer dan normaal, ook hierover heel duidelijk en eerlijk gecommuniceerd.
Monteren van crosstrainer (Infiniti VG60BS) viel erg mee, als je een beetje handig bent, zet je 'm zo in elkaar. Duidelijke handleiding en gereedschap zat erbij. Tijdens monteren bleek dat er twee afdekdoppen tijdens transport waren beschadigd, die zijn zonder probleem snel omgeruild.
Ten slotte, trainen op de Infiniti VG60BS is perfect! Na eerder 2 crosstrainers (via Marktplaats overgenomen) letterlijk versleten te hebben is de investering in deze nieuwe crosstrainer iedere euro waard! Het apparaat voelt heel solide aan, draait erg stil en de computer biedt meer dan genoeg trainingsprogramma's en instelmogelijkheden. Je kunt een koppeling maken met hartslagmeter en je smartphone (1 app installeren) en lekker trainen.
Kortom, crosstrainer zelf en Helisports als leverancier zijn een dikke aanrader ??

Despite the lockdown perfect telephone advice: listened carefully to what my goal is and previous experiences and then advised model that fits best (and really not the "top of the bill" model) super!
Delivered the next day after ordering; due to corona, the free delivery was longer than normal, also communicated very clearly and honestly about this.
Assembling the cross trainer (Infiniti VG60BS) was not too bad, if you are a bit handy, you can assemble it in no time. Clear manual and tools were included. During assembly it turned out that two cover caps were damaged during transport, which were quickly exchanged without any problem.
Finally, training on the Infiniti VG60BS is perfect! After having literally worn out 2 elliptical cross trainers (acquired via Marktplaats), the investment in this new cross trainer is worth every euro! The device feels very solid, runs very quietly and the computer offers more than enough training programs and setting options. You can connect to a heart rate monitor and your smartphone (install 1 app) and train well.
In short, the cross trainer itself and Helisports as a supplier are highly recommended ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Helisports. I ordered the Pivot Fitness HM3360 functional trainer. Not only the trainer became available exactly the moment their website told, but it was also immediately sent.
The transport company was a bit messy: the online tracking did not work, everytime I called them, it took them at least 10 minutes to find the order and I was often redirected to several other services before coming back to the first person, who then finally found the order. But this is not Helisports' fault.
Once the trainer had arrived, I saw that the trainer had some scratches and a pulley and its holder were broken. The customer service was very reactive and solved the problem as fast as possible and in a reasonable way: price reduction for the scratches, new pulley sent to me and the holder has been ordered (as it was not in stock).
So far: great customer service and great product. I would like to mention, that it is exceptional to see a fitness shop deliver this fast under the current conditions (I had different experiences with other shops).
