★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je iets te eten en te drinken koopt in het restaurant, en je ziet vervolgens de vloer waar ze werken.
Dan vergaat je het eten wel.
Heb eerst melding gedaan naar klantenservice van de Hema.
Tot op heden nog steeds niks gehoord. Vandaar de slechte recensies nu
 When you buy something to eat and drink in the restaurant, you see the floor where they work.
Then you will end the food.
First reported to the Hema customer service.
Still not heard yet. Hence the bad reviews now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horeca gedeelte is belabberd. Meld je dat de gevulde koeken bijna verbrand zijn die ze verkopen, dit zien ze zelf blijbaar niet; "wij doen het precies als voorgeschreven". "Maar je ziet toch dat ze te donker en uitgedroogd zijn?" reactie: schouderophalen..... Aanvulling; jammer dat jullie in de horeca weigeren klanten kraanwater te geven voor een peutertje, maar wel voorstellen een halve liter "bronwater" te kopen. Bijzonder klant ONvriendelijk.
Hospitality area is lousy. Report that the filled cakes they sell are almost burnt, they apparently don't see this themselves; "we do it exactly as prescribed". "But you can see they're too dark and dried out, right?" response: shrug..... Addition; a pity that you in the catering industry refuse to give customers tap water for a toddler, but do propose to buy half a liter of "spring water". Special customer UNfriendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dmv ingeleverde punten(online besteld) kon ik een gratis appeltaart ophalen. Netjes een email gehad dat deze opgehaald kon worden met bestelnr en bedrag €0,- erbij..
De desbetreffende medewerker(bedrijfsleider) wist er niets van.. gelieve de taart af te rekenen ondanks dat ik de email kon laten zien.. hele defensieve houding.. leunend tegen de achterwand met armen over elkaar heen. Gelukkig kon de klantenservice deze fout rechtzetten nadat ik gebeld had. Maar klantvriendelijkheid was ver te zoeken in dit filiaal..
By handed in points (ordered online) I could pick up a free apple pie. Just received an email that it could be picked up with order number and amount € 0,-.
The employee in question (manager) knew nothing about it.. please pay for the cake even though I could show the email.. very defensive attitude.. leaning against the back wall with arms folded. Fortunately, customer service was able to rectify this error after I called. But customer-friendliness was hard to find in this branch..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In de jaren '80 en '90 kwam ik bijna elke dag van de week bij deze vestiging van de Hema in Hardenberg, de enige naam die ik herinner is "Hans" links op de foto, prima filiaal en goede koffie.
Ik zag wel dat er heel veel is veranderd aan de achterzijde waar we altijd losten, ik ben er in het jaar 2005 voor het laatst geweest, ik was onderweg naar Emmen namelijk.
