Beetje beperkt pakket maar tis natuurlijk een kleine locatie.

Hele fijne en prettige service! Mijn zoon had een probleem met een playstationkaart, dat werd super opgelost. Zeer klantvriendelijk: dank!

Hele nette winkel en niet duur. Ook voldoende gratis parkeermogelijkheden voor de deur. Voorderest eigenlijk hetzelfde als elke andere HEMA...
Very neat shop and not expensive. Also plenty of free parking options in front of the door. For the rest basically the same as any other HEMA ...

Really bad relationship with public. The salespersons are rude and don't have any idea of how to deal with people. I don't recommend it at all! I went there just to pick up some pictures that I had printed through the HEMA pictures service. One of the two ladys told me in a very bad way to take a trolley. I tried to ask her if it was necessary even if I didn't have to buy anything but just to pick up my pictures, and she didn't even let me finish the sentence and reply in a very rude way that I had to take the trolley. Then they asked me to pay, but I wanted to verify that I didn't already payed on internet at the moment of the order (I guess, that is my right). And finally, since they didn't have received all the pictures, I asked them if the lady knew how much time I should have waited for the rest and she cut my sentence, telling with disdain: "I'm not English!" (and she talked to me in English until that moment). So I wonder why some people who doesn't know how to deal with human beings work in a job in which they have to interface with customers. Moreover if they can't speak English (even if I doubt that that was the problem...)!

I came in a few weeks ago and purchased the kid's sun tan lotion in a spurious decision at checkout because I saw that it was on sale for 4.50. Upon arriving home, and checking the receipt, I realized that I was charged 8.50 for it. Okay. It is only 4 euros - not worth going all the way back to store for it. I came in again today to buy a few items and saw that the same sale was advertised. I picked up the sun tan lotion and it rang up for 8.50. Turns out that there was a mistake in there system. They corrected the price and charged me only 4.50. However, when I brought up that I was incorrectly charged a few weeks ago, the manager denied that there was the sale then. Even with a receipt, she made it clear that I would receive no refund. Nonsense! The only reason I decided to purchase it in the first place was because I saw the sale! Either they are deliberately trying to save a few euros or are incompetent. In either case, this store deserve one star.
