 Has a very large range. For families with young children, there is so much fun cheerful clothing and underwear available. And all for a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn dat ik voor de HEMA niet meer naar het centrum hoef, maar deze nu ook dichterbij zit. Ze hebben er niet alles, maar toch redelijk wat voor zo'n kleine HEMA. Het kan er wel heel erg druk zijn en dan sta je vrij lang in de rij voor de kassa.
Thanks for the fact that I no longer need to go to the center for HEMA, but that it is now closer too. They do not have everything, but still quite reasonable for such a small HEMA. It can be very busy there and then you stand in line for quite a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vindt ze niet klantvriendelijk. Je wordt nauwelijks aangekeken als je binnen komt.
Had een vraag over een artikel. Ze hadden het niet. Ik vroeg komt het nog binnen? Kreeg als antwoord weet ik niet. Dat was het. Bleek dat toen ik thuis kwam het gewoon via de site te bestellen was.
Does not find them customer friendly. You are hardly looked at when you enter.
Had a question about an article. They didn't have it. I asked is it still coming in? Got an answer I don't know. That was it. Turned out that when I got home it was just order through the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hema valkenietsplein een retour vandaag gedaan van de webshop.
Werd terug geboekt op rekening prima.
Maar daarna ging ik de winkel nog in en toen hadden ze het uitgebreid samen nog Over mijn retour.
Ten eerste mag je alles terug brengen en ten tweede is het niet gepast om onderling met het verkoop personeel te bespreken hoe en waarom ik iets retour bracht.
Voelde me opgelaten en niet gewenst.

But then I went into the store and then they talked extensively about my return.
Firstly, you can return everything and secondly, it is not appropriate to discuss with the sales staff how and why I returned something.
Felt embarrassed and unwelcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een oke winkel en hebben best wel veel spullen, maar ik ben heel ver gaan fietsen omdat de Hema in de buurt het artikel dat ik wilde hebben niet had en op de site stond dat deze winkel het wel had, maar toen ik was aangekomen hadden ze het niet en zeiden dat de site het niet altijd gelijk heeft. Dus dat was best wel jammer. We hebben ook een keer wat school spullen besteld op Hema.nl en ze zeiden dat alles MAANDAG zou aankomen. Dat was FOUT. Ze gaven me maar de half van de spullen en de rest kwam later aan dan ze hadden gezegd.? echt heel jammer daardoor kon ik mijn boeken niet meer kaften.
It's an okay shop and have quite a lot of stuff, but I went cycling very far because the Hema nearby didn't have the item I wanted and the site said this store did have it but when I arrived they didn't have it and said the site isn't always right. So that was a shame. We also ordered some school supplies on Hema.nl and they said everything would arrive MONDAY. That was WRONG. They only gave me half of the stuff and the rest arrived later than they had said. Really a shame because of that, I couldn't cover my books anymore.
