★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag was ik bij Hema in Kanaleneiland. Ik wilde iets retourneren en een ander product daarvoor in de plaats. Ik had geen factuur e-mail maar wel een pakbon van mijn bestelling. Ik had dus wel bewijs van mijn bestelling. Nu mocht ik het niet terugbrengen, omdat ze de factuur e-mail moesten scannen. Ik vind niet dat ze mij niet netjes hebben geholpen. Bij heel veel winkels als je iets terug wilt brengen, en je kan aantonen dat je het gekocht hebt, is het goed. Het ging maar om 5 euro. Geen goede service
 Today I was at Hema in Kanaleneiland. I wanted to return something and another product instead. I did not have an invoice e-mail, but I did have a packing slip for my order. So I did have proof of my order. Now I was not allowed to return it because they had to scan the invoice email. I don't think they haven't helped me properly. At a lot of stores if you want to return something, and you can prove that you bought it, it is good. It was only about 5 euros. Not good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winkel is al weken 1 grote bende/chaos. Personeel drukker met onderling kletsen dan klanten normaal te helpen, laat staan advies te kunnen geven door 0,0 kennis bij een vraag.
Shop has been one big mess / chaos for weeks. Staff busier with chatting with each other than helping customers normally, let alone being able to give advice by giving 0.0 knowledge to a question.
