★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hema Bisonspoor.. Wat een jammere ervaring had ik hier. Prijzen die niet kloppen en als je er navraag naar doet krijg je te horen 'dat is beleid Hema'. Verder moet ik er ook achter komen dat er schijnbaar een verschil is tussen franchise en reguliere winkels. Want waar ik bij mijn eigen Hema gewoon met creditcard kan betalen kon dat hier dus niet. En dat merkte ik pas bij de kassa. Kortom... 3 sterren omdat overall ik de Hema prima vind maar deze vestiging ervaarde ik als ondermaats.
 Hema Bisonspoor .. What a sad experience I had here. Prices that are not correct and if you inquire about it you will be told 'that is Hema policy'. I also have to find out that there is apparently a difference between franchise and regular stores. Because where I can simply pay by credit card at my own Hema, I couldn't here. And I only noticed that at the checkout. In short ... 3 stars because overall I think the Hema is fine, but I experienced this location as below average.

Vandaag stond mijn dochter voor een - dachten wij - gesloten hema terwijl we oranje tompoucen hadden besteld...'s middags werd ik gebeld, ze waren aan het afsluiten en we hadden de tompoucen nog niet opgehaald. Na ons 'gesloten hema en ach, laat nu maar' verhaal besloot Anneloes(?) ze langs te brengen....Met een doosje extra tompoucen! Bedankt Hema!
What service! Today my daughter was in front of a - we thought - closed hema while we had ordered orange cream cakes ... In the afternoon I got a call, they were closing and we had not yet picked up the cream cakes. After our 'closed hema and oh, never mind' story Anneloes (?) Decided to bring them along .... With a box of extra cream pie! Thanks Hema!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prettige winkel met goed restaurant. Zou wel handig zijn als je de kleding kan passen. Gelukkig is ruilen nooit een probleem.
Pleasant shop with good restaurant. Would be useful if you can fit the clothes. Fortunately, exchanging is never a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even binnen gelopen voor een snelle lunch tijdens het boodschappen doen. Heerlijk broodje tomaat/mozzarella. Knapperig brood, uitstekende pesto en mozzarella. Vriendelijk personeel.
Popped in for a quick lunch while doing some shopping. Delicious tomato/mozzarella sandwich. Crispy bread, excellent pesto and mozzarella. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice HEMA located inside of a shopping mall. It has a flat layout and easily accessible aisles laid out in a square pattern, with two main aisles running from front to back. In the back you can find the food and drink section, and there's also a small restaurant/cafe area inside. As for the assortment it's the same as every other HEMA out there; clothes, personal hygiene, food, drinks, tools, office supplies, mobile stuff, kitchen supplies, etc.
Next to the entrance you can find the usual HEMA mini outlet where they sell hot-dogs, sandwiches and soda.
