De DVD leveren we met hoofdstukken zodat gemakkelijk zappen met een tijdsinterval tussen de hoofdstukken mogelijk

 - online: promised delivery time 2 to 3 working days. Now after 2 weeks photo product still in production, not even shipped
- customer service online overloaded. Telephone congestion. In chat more than 30 people waiting and then be blown out. Waiting days for a response on social media
