★ ★ ★ ★ ★ voor de corna was dit een fijne winkel wacht wel tot open gaat een keer want de klantvriendelijk heid van de medewerkers is slecht zeker net toen ik op afspraak kwam dit doe ik niet meer zo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vind dit geen fijne Hema,je voelt je niet welkom! Vind het personeel niet echt aardig en met de kinderwagen tussen de schappen door is vaak niet te doen.
Zeker niet als ze de vracht aan het verwerken zijn.
Beetje flexibeler mag het personeel zich wel opstellen.
I don't like this Hema, you don't feel welcome! Do not really like the staff and with the pram between the shelves is often impossible.
Certainly not when they are processing the freight.
The staff can be a bit more flexible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al jaren bestel ik bij deze Hema fotogebak, gaat ook al jaren goed. Afgelopen weekend heb ik wederom besteld. Helaas was het gebak niet op tijd geleverd. In eerste instantie baal je een beetje i.v.m. je planning.
De medewerker begreep dit en pakte dit erg netjes op. Ik heb het gebak vergoed gekregen en de medewerker heeft persoonlijk 's middags het gebak bij ons gebracht. Wat een topservice!
I have been ordering from this Hema photo cake for years, and it has been going well for years. Last weekend I ordered again. Unfortunately the pastry was not delivered on time. At first you are a bit disappointed about this. your schedule.
The employee understood this and handled it very nicely. I was reimbursed for the cake and the employee personally brought the cake to us in the afternoon. What a top service!
