★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij wilden om 8.45 op zaterdag ochtend bij de broodafdeling twee stokbroden en enkele hapjes uit de koelvitrine halen, de stokbroden moesten nog worden afgebakken wat enige tijd zou duren werd ons verteld en de koelvitrine nagenoeg leeg.
Als de winkel opengaat zou dit alles klaar moeten zijn , nu hebben wij elders de stokbroden en de hapjes gekocht, geen reclame voor de hema franeker

We wanted to get two baguettes and a few bites from the refrigerated display at 8.45 on Saturday morning at the bread department, the baguettes still had to be baked off which would take some time, we were told and the refrigerated display almost empty.
If the store opens all this should be ready, now we have bought baguettes and snacks elsewhere, no advertising for the hema franeker

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overzichtelijke winkel. Veel kleding was afgeprijsd dus leuk om dan op dat moment te shoppen. Vooral de kleding is een erg goede kwaliteit.
Clear store. A lot of clothing was discounted, so it was nice to shop at that time. Especially the clothes are of very good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taart besteld en gehaald bij de hema in Franeker. Ik ben hier op vakantie met mijn dochtertje die jarig was. Ik was nog op zoek naar gebaksbordjes en toebehoren en de medewerker liep helemaal met ons mee naar het juiste gangpad om het juiste artikel te helpen zoeken. Een paar dagen later herkende ze ons nog en vroeg ze hoe onze vakantie hier was. Ontzettend attent en heel behulpzaam. Top!!
Cake ordered and picked up at the hema in Franeker. I'm here on vacation with my daughter's birthday. I was still looking for cake plates and accessories and the employee walked all the way with us to the right aisle to help find the right item. A few days later she still recognized us and asked how our holiday was here. Very attentive and very helpful. Top!!
