Slechte service: pakket tijdens lockdown retourneren (doos zat nog dicht) echter konden ze hem niet terug nemen zonder een bevestigingsmail (ondanks factuur bewijs in doos)
Kind van net 4 , hoge nood maar mocht absoluut geen gebruik maken van een toilet. In en in triest.
Ik ga in vervolg gewoon naar Baarn of Nijkerk!
Hema Spakenburg
Bad service: return package during lockdown (box was still closed), but they couldn't take it back without a confirmation email (despite invoice proof in box)
Child of just 4, urgent need but was absolutely not allowed to use a toilet. In and in sad.
In future I will just go to Baarn or Nijkerk!
