★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locatie klopt niet. Zit een Hema Keuken in. Zeer onlogische opstelling van de kassa tov de rest van de winkel.
Personeel dat op woensdag 20 oktober werkte gaf aan om 17.00 uur de winkel te sluiten en geen bestellingen meer aan te nemen.. omdat er nog opgeruimd moet worden.. zet dan op het bord bij de ingang open tot 17.00 uur!
Luisteren naar het opnemen van een bestelling is ook wel één dingetje. We bestelde 2 puntzakken friet met Mayonaise en een kroket. Wij rekende 1 zak friet af en een kroket. Wij gaven aan dat dit klopte. Dame bedankte ons vriendelijk en tikte nog een zakje friet af… Wat denkt u? We kregen het in een bakje… Hoe simpel kan het zijn om goed te luisteren en te herhalen wat de klant vraagt?
Als u hier heen gaat let goed op. Het eten is voor de rest prima.
Location is incorrect. It has a Hema kitchen. Very illogical arrangement of the cash register compared to the rest of the store.
Staff who worked on Wednesday 20 October indicated to close the shop at 5 pm and not to take any more orders.. because there is still some cleaning to be done.. then put open until 5 pm on the sign at the entrance!
Listening to an order being taken is also one thing. We ordered 2 cones of fries with mayonnaise and a croquette. We paid for 1 bag of fries and a croquette. We indicated that this was correct. Lady thanked us kindly and tapped off another bag of fries… What do you think? We got it in a container… How simple can it be to listen carefully and repeat what the customer asks?
If you go here be careful. The food is otherwise fine.
