★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service! Kassa personeel heeft geen oog voor de klant is alleen maar bezig met afrekenen.
Wij stonden op onze 'direct klaar' foto's te wachten en te wachten en te wachten bij de kassa.... En toen wij vroegen of het al een beetje opschoot bleek dat ze al klaar waren!
Staan we voor niets te wachten terwijl de zelfde caissière erbij stond...

Bad service! Checkout staff have no eye for the customer, they are only busy with payment.
We were waiting for our 'ready to go' photos and waiting and waiting at the checkout .... And when we asked if it was already getting on, it turned out that they were already ready!
Are we waiting for nothing while the same cashier was there ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtige winkel alleen met een scootmobiel/rolstoel is het niet mogelijk om ook maar ergens bij te kunnen komen. Heel erg voor ons mensen die deze hulpmiddelen nodig hebben en graag willen winkelen.
Beautiful shop only with a scooter / wheelchair is not possible to even anywhere can come to. Very sorry for our people who need these tools and like to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prima winkel en aardige medewerkers maar de manager heeft van klantvriendelijkheid nog nooit gehoord. ik kwam netjes een klacht melden en werd direct afgesnauwd ook nam hij de klacht totaal niet serieus. gemiste kans en dat levert je dus als winkel gewoon een onvoldoende op.
great store and nice staff but the manager has never heard of customer friendliness. I neatly reported a complaint and was immediately snapped, he took the complaint totally not serious. missed opportunity and that as a store simply does not provide you with an adequate result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het restaurant heeft het zicht op klantvriendelijkheid verloren in mijn optiek. Om even voor vier: "Nee, voor de vier uur aanbieding moet u nog vijf minuten wachten. U kunt de gebakjes wel los kopen".
Tegen de tijd dat ik dit geschreven heb is het vier uur, maar we laten het er maar bij.
De winkel is netjes en verzorgd.
The restaurant has lost sight of customer friendliness in my view. Just before four: "No, you have to wait another five minutes for the four-hour offer. You can buy the pastries separately".
By the time I write this it will be four o'clock, but we'll just leave it at that.
The store is neat and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag voor de 2e keer geweest voor een paar rookworsten, gisteren was mij beloofd dat ze er vandaag zouden zijn, vandaag is er gezegd dat zij er donderdag zouden zijn. Ik begrijp nu waarom het slecht gaat met de Hema, men is ongeïnteresseerd en een klant, ach ja wat moet je daarmee………
Been today for the 2nd time for some smoked sausages, yesterday I was promised they would be there today, today they said they would be there on Thursday. I now understand why things are going badly with the Hema, they are uninterested and a customer, oh well what do you do with that ………
