★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is mij wel eens vaker opgevallen dat de medewerkers niet al te vriendelijk in dit filiaal is. Vandaag zag ik een leuk rokje in de aanbieding, maar welke maat? Ik liep naar een medewerkster en wilde vragen of ik in een hoekje h rokje mocht passen. Midden in de zin onderbrak ze me: “ Nee, je mag niet passen in h magazijn”. Ze onderbrak mijn vraag en ik wees haar vriendelijk waarom ze dat deed. Dat wilde ik nl niet vragen. Bij de tweede poging wagen. Mag ik h rokje in de hoek van de winkel passen? Tweede keer onderbrak ze mijn vraag en werd ze nog krachtiger in haar foute antwoord: “niet in het magazijn”. Denk dat deze dame wat extra handvatten nodig heeft in het goed communiceren met de klant: onderbreek de klant niet tot twee keer in de vraagstelling én geef niet tot twee keer toe een fout antwoord. Rokje toch snel gepast bij de spiegel en aangeschaft, maar ik stond eigenlijk op h punt de kleding terug te hangen. Hema, denk aan h behouden van de klanten en geef h winkelpersoneel wat extra training.
I have often noticed that the employees are not too friendly in this branch. Today I saw a nice skirt, but what size? I went to a co-worker and wanted to ask if I could fit in a corner skirt. In the middle of the sentence she interrupted me: "No, you cannot fit in the warehouse." She interrupted my question and I kindly told her why she did that. I didn't want to ask that. Take the second attempt. Can I fit the skirt in the corner of the store? Second time she interrupted my question and became even more powerful in her wrong answer: "not in the warehouse". Think this lady needs some extra tools to communicate well with the client: do not interrupt the client twice in the question and do not give a wrong answer twice. Skirt quickly fitted with the mirror and purchased, but I was actually about to hang the clothes back. Hema, think of retaining customers and give store staff some extra training.
