★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overzichtelijke Hema, wat aan de kleine kant maar dat is op zich geen probleem, hoewel een vergroting van de winkel het assortiment ten goede zal doen. De versafdeling komt vers over en in het restaurant kan je lekker eten voor een enigszins schappelijke prijs (afhankelijk van wat je haalt).
Een groot en absoluut minpunt is de toiletten. Meerdere malen achter elkaar de laatste tijd merkt man dat er met schoonmaken te veel door de vingers word gezien. Een fout die met een entreeprijs van 50 cent niet echt kan. De toiletten zijn naast het feit dat ze niet fris ruiken ook niet schoon, vooral om de pot heen niet. En afgezien van de hygiëne zijn de toiletten ook wel een beetje aan verbouwing / modernisering toe. Vooral de kleine wasbakjes zijn erg onhandig en de kracht van de handblazer / handdroger is ook niet top.
Het laatste lijkt misschien niet heel belangrijk maar gezien het zo goed als het enigste toilet op het centrum is, word je daar wat sneller op aangekeken.

The toilets are a big and absolute downside. Several times in succession lately, the man notices that cleaning is being overlooked too much. An error that is not really possible with an entrance fee of 50 cents. In addition to the fact that they do not smell fresh, the toilets are also not clean, especially around the pot. And apart from the hygiene, the toilets also need a bit of renovation / modernization. The small washbasins in particular are very awkward and the power of the hand blower / hand dryer is also not top.
The latter may not seem very important, but considering it is as good as the only toilet in the center, you get a quicker look at it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sowieso altijd tevreden geweest over deze Hema. Mijn dank gaat voornamelijk naar het personeel bij beleg en taarten. Altijd aardig en vooral hygiënisch. Na gebruik van de kassa of aanraking met geld zie je ze gauw de handen wassen.
Anyway, always been satisfied with this Hema. My thanks go especially to the staff with toppings and cakes. Always nice and above all hygienic. After using the cash register or touching money, you will quickly see them washing their hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze HEMA is schoon en goed verzorgt en je kunt er op een leuke plaats wat drinken. Er is een schoon toilet. Klein min puntje het meeste personeel weet niet goed de weg. Als je specifieke vragen hebt kun je echt alleen bij een leidinggevende of de info balie terecht. Personeel is wel beleefd en vriendelijk
This HEMA is clean and well cared for and you can have a drink at a nice place. There is a clean toilet. Small minus point most staff do not know the way well. If you have specific questions, you can only go to a manager or the information desk. Staff is polite and friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie actie alle beddengoed het 2de exemplaar voor 50% vd prijs, zeker als je net van plan bent 2 nieuwe veren dekbedden te kopen.
Wij erheen, ondanks dat mijn vrouw slecht ter been is.
In eerste instantie zijn de dekbedden niet te vinden, dan ineens toch gevonden in een hoekje (nis) naast de servicekassa.
Er schuin voor staat een fotomachine met een daarbij constant om aandacht roepende bejaarde.
Ook hebben ze het daar half als opslagruimte ingericht, je kan er nauwelijks binnen.
Corona maatregelen moeten hier nog geïntroduceerd worden want het personeel van de servicekassa vraagt iedere keer, wel beleefd, of ze er even langs mogen en dan staan ze 10 cm bij je vandaan ipv 1,5 meter.
Zo kan je onmogelijk een keus bepalen.
Zo gaat het echt niet Hema Ridderkerk, nu nog meer klanten kwijt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij het restaurant wordt er niet op gelet hoe veel mensen er binnen stappen waardoor er geen plek meer is als je al hebt afgerekend. Wij hadden drie stoelen bij elkaar gezocht en bij een lege tafel gezet, waardoor wij heel chagrijnig werden aangesproken door een medewerker omdat we daar niet mochten zitten want 'anderhalve meter'. Wij zijn netjes ergens anders gaan zitten. Daarna deden andere mensen het ook en werden zij niet aangesproken. Dat is krom. Het is blijkbaar het probleem van de klant volgens de medewerker want de klant moet maar kijken of er nog plek is. Wat overigens nergens aangegeven staat. Zet alsjeblieft gewoon in het vervolg iemand neer om de capaciteit in de gaten te houden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hema, no need to explain anything :) A really nice store. From bred to cakes and the basics for in your home and kitchen. They also have a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and cake and toilet facilities. Payee parking is in the basement.
