Very bad costumer service. The poke bowls in general are not bad but way too overpriced for what you get: a lot of warm rice with a few vegetables. Not recommended.

Great food, but the staff in not professional and I feel there's different girls working each time I go there. Also went there two times, within opening hours but they were closing everything and I couldn't get any thing anymore. So if you just order via internet you don't deal with this but for me reason to take one star of the rating

Terrible customer service!! We live in the house and it has big windows which were open so that we could see the street. We ordered online and waited for our order for approximately 2 hours (even though we indicated we want the food to be delivered asap), after which we called and told the lady that the good has not arrived yet. After which she told us that delivery man was at our house for 30 minutes ringing our doorbell and clapping on our window and that nobody answered. We were downstairs and we would be able to see or hear someone at our door, so we told her that things they are saying are not true. I do need to mention that we waited to call because we know that Sunday is a busy day. To be fair, I must mention that it is only after we tried to call the restaurant that I realized that my SIM card was not working which is why they could not reach us by phone. The lady on the line kept repeating that the delivery guy was there for 30 minutes, which is impossible. She was so sure, and instead of trying to fix the problem she was trying to make me understand that they can not wait for too long. I said that it is not possible because there were people watching the door and we have a very loud doorbell. However, she kept trying to prove me wrong and even said: "maybe if you say something reasonable I can think about resending your order since you already paid for it." I told her that I do like the food, I order very often and I always leave a nice tip. However, I said, I will order elsewhere from now on because this is unacceptable. Then, I hung up. Customer is King women! If you don't treat your customers well, the business will die regardless!

I have always had a very positive experience here! I have ordered with them 5 or 6 times and the large poke bowl is always packed, fresh, and amazing. I always have the tuna and my boyfriend the salmon and this place is now our favorite! It is more on the expensive side but I would say its been totally worth it every time!
